海南国际文化培训学院是我省人才培训的专业学院，根据我省学生就业难的实际情况探索出来的一条新路。先后与深圳富士康、联想、TCL、中兴通讯、创维、康佳、金长城等七家国际化大型企业工厂的人力资源部建立合作关系，在海南率先开办“职业工人岗前培训班”，采取订单培训，为这七家著名工厂培养推荐合格的职业工人。我院坚持“先培训，后就业”的机制，推进培训就业一体化，办学与人才市场对接，实现订单培训的办学优势。为海南初、高中毕业生提供更有实际意义的就业选择。 |
